dessy69 currently operates on a PICKUP-ONLY basis.
We do not offer shipping or delivery services at this time. All orders must be collected in person from our location in Mysuru.
How Pickup Works
- Place Your Order: Contact us via phone or in person to place your order
- Confirmation: We'll collect your name and phone number and confirm your order details and pickup time
- Preparation: We'll prepare your fresh ice cream or dessert
- Notification: You'll receive a call or message when your order is ready
- Pickup: Collect your order from our Mysuru location at the scheduled time
Pickup Guidelines
- Please arrive within the scheduled pickup window to ensure your product remains fresh and properly frozen
- Bring your order confirmation (phone number or order reference)
- We recommend bringing a cooler bag for transport, especially during hot weather
- Orders not collected within 2 hours of the scheduled time cannot be refunded
