Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At dessy69, we are committed to providing high-quality fruit-based ice creams and desserts. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

2. Cancellation Before Pickup

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may not be eligible for a refund as preparation may have already begun.

3. Quality Issues

If you receive a product that is:

  • Melted or improperly frozen (not due to delayed pickup)
  • Contaminated or spoiled
  • Significantly different from what was ordered

Please notify us immediately at the time of pickup. We will replace the product or provide a full refund.

4. No Returns After Pickup

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the order has left our premises. Please inspect your order before leaving our location.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be issued in cash or via bank transfer.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after pickup
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Melting due to delayed pickup or improper storage after pickup
  • Orders not collected within 2 hours of scheduled pickup time
